There are idiots (usually christians) on youtube saying that the Obamacare bill, HR3200 has mandated that by March of 2013 every American will have an RFID microchip implanted under their skin that will contain all their personal and banking information. WRONG! It does not say that at all. It mandates the creation of a database (registry) that will contain information about implantable medical devices, nothing more. Read it yourself: page 1001: "The Secretary shall establish a national medical registry to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcome data on each device that...is a class II device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining" |
